Loud & Proud
Loud & Proud is our very own, social activist youth forum for any young person who self-identifies as a member of the LGBTQ+ community or a straight ally. The forum also acts as our steering group, meaning that they are consulted in the development of the majority of our projects.
The forum is open to anyone aged between 11 to 19 years old, or up to 24 if you have special educational needs or disabilities, who live or go to school within the Buckinghamshire or surrounding areas.
The group typically meets on a Saturday from 12:30pm to 3:30pm once a month but in a different venue each time
Senior Leadership Team
For the members of the youth forum, there are roles within the senior leadership team up for those who may be interested. This consists of the chair, vice-chair and treasurer at present but we regularly review the positions available.

Hi! I'm Jaiden, and I am the current Chairperson of Loud & Proud! My role as Chair means that I am responsible for how the forum operates and also I lead the meetings alongside the Vice-Chair, Jay, as well as our Treasurer, Skye. I have been a member of Loud & Proud since September 2023, and I enjoy being apart of this group because of how we go about everything in a fun, but productive manner! I look forward to planning many upcoming events for Loud & Proud as well as Prisma. :)

Hi! My name is Jay, and I am Vice-Chair for Loud & Proud. I am able to step into any role as needed, and I assist with creating the agenda for the meetings. I have been with Loud & Proud since January 2024, and was elected Vice-Chair in our April meeting in 2024. I love being a part of the group because we can actively make a change. I look forward to continuing with my role.

Treasurer
Hi! I’m Skye- I am the treasurer for the Loud and Proud Youth Forum. This means that I oversee and help manage the spending and budgeting of the money that we have. My interests include; Cooking, Music Technology (DJ-ing and Music Production) and Psychology. I have been a part of Prisma since October 2023. I love the community spirit and kindness that is shown by all directors and members of the forum!
